This one-of-a-kind knife is hand made by celebrated local Austin knife maker Travis Weige. Known for crafting top of the line custom knives for James Beard Award winning chefs, no two pieces are alike. We designed this limited edition table knife with Weige to reflect Kettle & Brine's aesthetic and love for burled woods and brass details. The high carbon content blade retains its edge superbly, while resisting corrosion. Use as a personal steak knife, or a kitchen utility knife and pass it down for generations to come.

High carbon content 440C stainless steel, stabilized walnut burl wood handle with solid brass bolster and rivets. Dovetail joinery detail at bolster indicates a 100% handmade knife.
